Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups Water, very hot
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 115 grams butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. For the bread, mix cocoa, sugar and salt in the blender with a shovel, add oil, mix the baking soda in the hot water and add to the mixture, beat until cool, stirring add eggs, vanilla and sifted flour with the baking powder. Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake for 30 minutes or until you do the toothpick test and come out clean, let cool and unmold.
For the frostin beat in the blender the butter, the cocoa, the coffee and the milk, add the sugar little by little and ready to refrigerate 20 minutes.
Cut the cake in half, in two layers, place a bit of bitumen and place the other layer of bread, embed all the cake and decorate with white chcolate figures

TIPS
