  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 340 grams of dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 Cup of nut finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream for the top cover
  • enough of raspberry to decorate
  • enough of powder sugar to decorate
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate for top cover

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. (395°F)
    In a bowl beat the eggs with the bitter chocolate, the butter and the nuts with the help of a balloon whisk until they integrate.
    Pour into a previously greased mold covered with cocoa, bake for 25 min. Let cool and unmold.
    For the top cover, heat the whipping beat, add the chocolate and cook while stirring until melted. Cool at room temperature.
    Cover the top of the cake with the chocolate frosting and decorate with raspberries, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.

    No sale muy amargo o desabrido? ya que no se le agrega azúcar solo el glass en el tope del pastel pero nada en la torta.
