Impossible Cake, Ganache and Chocolate in pieces

There is no more popular and delicious dessert than chocolate cakes. Here we present a spectacular recipe, the classic impossible cake (chocolate cake with flan), covered with an exquisite ganache and chocolate pieces. Exquisite!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 can of condensed milk (for the flan)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (for the flan)
  • 5 pieces of egg (for the flan)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla (for the flan)
  • 3 pieces of egg (for the oil genoise)
  • 75 grams of sugar (for the oil genoise)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla (for the oil genoise)
  • 70 grams of flour (for the oil genoise)
  • 4 teaspoons of cocoa (for the oil genoise)
  • 70 milliliters of oil (for the oil genoise)
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder (for the oil genoise)
  • 1 boat of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet (370 g)
  • 300 grams of chocolate (for the ganache)
  • 70 milliliters of milk (for the ganache)
  • 50 grams of Butter (for the ganache)
  • 3 pieces of chocolate of cajeta with peanut (Snickers®)

    Preparation

    For the flan. Blend all ingredients and reserve.
    For the genoise of oil. Emulsify the eggs with the vanilla and sugar until you get the ribbon point.
    Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the previous emulsion, alternating with the oil in the form of thread.
    In a mold place the cajeta in the bottom and grease the walls of the mold. Empty the genoise mixture.
    Add the flan mixture to the middle part with the help of a spoon in the shape of a waterfall.
    Cover with aluminum and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour and a half at 180 ° C.
    Check the cooking, once cooked, remove and allow it to cool.
    For the ganache. Heat the milk and when it breaks the boil, remove from the heat, suddenly add the chopped chocolate. Move with balloon whisk.
    Add the Butter.
    Unmould the impossible cake. Bathe with the melted chocolate and crown with chocolate cubes of cajeta and peanut.

    PRESENTATION

    Mount the cake on a cake base. Cut a slice and serve on a plate.
