Preparation
For the flan. Blend all ingredients and reserve.
For the genoise of oil. Emulsify the eggs with the vanilla and sugar until you get the ribbon point.
Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the previous emulsion, alternating with the oil in the form of thread.
In a mold place the cajeta in the bottom and grease the walls of the mold. Empty the genoise mixture.
Add the flan mixture to the middle part with the help of a spoon in the shape of a waterfall.
Cover with aluminum and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour and a half at 180 ° C.
Check the cooking, once cooked, remove and allow it to cool.
For the ganache. Heat the milk and when it breaks the boil, remove from the heat, suddenly add the chopped chocolate. Move with balloon whisk.
Add the Butter.
Unmould the impossible cake. Bathe with the melted chocolate and crown with chocolate cubes of cajeta and peanut.
