This is a family recipe that we have inherited from generation to generation. We were a large family, so my mother prepared this cake for us at every celebration. It is an easy and quick recipe to prepare, since it is not baked, besides being very rich. I hope our family tradition enjoys it as we have done it over the years.

Prepare the chocolate custard as indicated on the envelope.
On a plate place a layer of pancake and soak with the sherry; Add a layer of chocolate custard, cover with the pancake. Repeat the procedure until the ingredients are finished.
