Preparation
Make the cat tongue cookies and popcorn powder until you get a fine powder. Mix them with the butter until you get a gritty paste. Distribute in the bottom of a previously greased butter mold; Reseve in the freezer while preparing the coffee cream.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Meanwhile found the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat the mascarpone with the cream cheese, add one by one the following ingredients: sugar, flour, warm chocolate, two eggs and egg yolk.
Pour this preparation over the mold and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 100ºC and continue cooking for one hour.
Turn off the oven and let the cake stand for one hour.
Remove the cake from the oven and before removing it from the mold let it cool in the refrigerator overnight, that is about 12 hours.
When serving decorelo with the leftover popcorn and with chocolate trickles.
