  • 12 spoonfuls of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugars
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of royal baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/3 of Cup of raw sugar For the Streusel
  • 2/3 of Cup of flour For the Streusel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon For the Streusel
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt For the Streusel
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter cold cubes, For the Streusel
  • 80 grams of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% For Yoghurt glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter For Yoghurt glaze
  • 2/3 of Cup of powder sugar For Yoghurt glaze
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 3 spoonfuls of milk

    Preparation

    Heat the oven to 180 ° C, grease a screw mold and sprinkle with flour.
    Acrema butter and sugar, until it is fluffy.

    Mix the flour, royal, baking and salt.
    Add the flour mixture to the yogurt mixture little by little, beat only until combined.
