This chocolate cake with coffee is perfect, super easy to prepare and a guarantee for any event. The chocolate flavor is highlighted by the touches of coffee that make it more intense. Take a chocolate bitumen with coffee. I recommend it!

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup strong coffee, hot
  • 85 grams bittersweet chocolate chip, melted, (for bitumen)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, (for bitumen)
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream, (for bitumen)
  • 2 tablespoons espresso coffee, (for bitumen)
  • 1 pinch salt, (for bitumen)

Preparation

In a blender , mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder).
In a bowl, mix the milk with the vinegar first and stir well. Then add vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and oil. Stir well.
With the blender on, add the bowl mixture to the dry ingredients until well blended.
Finally add the hot coffee.
Divide between 2 equal greased and floured molds and bake at 350 F (180 degrees) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare the bitumen by mixing all the ingredients of the bitumen in a blender (add the cream and coffee little by little tasting so that it has the consistency you want).
Once the cake cools, put one of the cakes on the platter and put polish on top. Place the other cake on top and cover everything with shoe polish. Sprinkle with grated chocolate if you like.
