Preheat oven to 160 °C. (320°F)
For the caramel, in a saucepan over low heat cook the sugar until it forms an amber caramel. Pour into a custard mold and let dry.
For the flan, in a bowl beat the eggs with the yolks, milk, vanilla and coffee until incorporated.
In another bowl beat the egg with the sugar and honey, slowly add the oil, add the essence of vanilla, with a strainer sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
On top of the caramel pour the cake mixture place the flan mixture carefully. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour 40 minutes. Chill, unmold and refrigerate one hour.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and whipping cream, until soft and fluffy. Decorate the cake with the frosting and place the pecan, chocolate chips and wafers.
