Delicious Cold Coffee Cake

Enjoy this easy and quick coffee dessert with a rich base of cinnamon cookies, and a creamy and delicious cream cheese filling with a subtle aroma of coffee. Everything without having to use the oven, is completely addictive!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cinnamon cookie
  • 1 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of milk tibia
  • 5 spoonfuls of soluble coffee
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of cream to beat
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar glass
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina hydrated and melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar glass
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat to decorate
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar glass to decorate
