Preparation
Place the sugar with corn, milk and banana in a blender and grind. Reserve.
Add the butter, add the condensed and integrated milk, add San Juan® Egg Claras, prepare the ground corn kernels and finally add the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder, little by little.
Place in the desired mold, fill ¾ parts of the mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes in and comes out clean and browned lightly. Let it cool.
Unmold, and decorate with chocolate cream, blueberries, figs and a melon bud, finally accompany with eggnog.
