Preparation
The cake: It is prepared according to the packaging instructions and adding the coffee until it is integrated into the mixture.
The custard: Mix the 2 cans of milk, the eggs and the coffee spoon with the blender until everything is well integrated.
The mold: it starts to burn sugar that is liquid and golden or if it likes cajeta (this is so that it does not stick when unmolding). Once the mold is ready, the mixture of the flan and the mixture of the cake are added.
Bake at medium heat in a bain-marie for 35-40 minutes. It is released warm.
