Delicious chocolate cake with a touch of coffee and covered with a rich chocolate bitumen; It is spongy and chocolateso, ideal to invite friends or to celebrate a birthday.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 7 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 2 bars butter
  • 2 tablets chocolate, of table
  • powdered sugar, (the needed)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease and flour two small or one medium molds.
In the milk cup, dissolve the instant coffee.
Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the eggs with the oil, and once mixed, add the vanilla, the coffee liqueur and little by little the dry ingredients alternating with the dissolved coffee.
Empty the mixture in the molds and place in the oven.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, remove from the oven and wait about 15 minutes before unmolding.
Melt the chocolate tablets in a bain-marie and add the butter, mix perfectly. Try it and if you need, add sugar glass to taste (Personally I do not add it since the chocolate is already something sweet)
Join both parts with a bit of the bitumen mixture and cover the cake with the excess.
Garnish to taste (I use pieces of walnut or shredded coconut).
