Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease and flour two small or one medium molds.
In the milk cup, dissolve the instant coffee.
Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the eggs with the oil, and once mixed, add the vanilla, the coffee liqueur and little by little the dry ingredients alternating with the dissolved coffee.
Empty the mixture in the molds and place in the oven.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, remove from the oven and wait about 15 minutes before unmolding.
Melt the chocolate tablets in a bain-marie and add the butter, mix perfectly. Try it and if you need, add sugar glass to taste (Personally I do not add it since the chocolate is already something sweet)
Join both parts with a bit of the bitumen mixture and cover the cake with the excess.
Garnish to taste (I use pieces of walnut or shredded coconut).
