Enjoy this easy and quick coffee dessert with a base of cinnamon cookies, a creamy and delicious cheese filling with a subtle aroma of coffee. And the best part is you don´t need an oven!

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 cups of cinnamon cookie
  • 1 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of milk warm
  • 5 spoonfuls of instant coffee
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream to decorate
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar to decorate
  • to taste of cocoa to decorate

    Preparation

    For the crust: place the cinnamon cookies in a food processor and press until they are finely crushed.
    Mix the crumbs with the melted butter.
    Press the mixture in a pie mold and let it chill in the fridge.
    Combine the warm milk with the instant coffee.
    Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Add the heavy whipping cream, the dissolved coffee and the hydrated unflavored gelatin. Continue mixing until everything is incorporated.
    Pour the mix over the cookie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    Beat the heavy whipping until it doubles its volume. Add the sugar and transfer to a pastry bag.
    Unmold and decorate with the whipped cream and cocoa.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, with a cup of milk.

    TIPS

    You can add espresso if you want intense coffee flavor.

    Riquísimo, aunque me recomendaron agregar solo 2 cucharadas y media de café para no sentirlo tan cargado y quedo riquísimo.
