Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220º C.
We spread a mold with butter and flour.
In a bowl beat the yolks, oil, yogurt, sugar and juice of the oranges.
In another bowl beat the egg whites until stiff (you can add a pinch of salt).
Add to the yolk mixture the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder, with enveloping movements. (DO NOT BEAT)
We add the cocoa and mix
We add the whites and with enveloping movements we mix everything until obtaining a homogenous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the mold and put the nuts on top.
We place the mold in the oven for 40 minutes and lower the temperature to 170º C.
Finally insert a toothpick or knife and if it comes out clean the biscuit is ready, if not leave 5 more minutes in the oven.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and unmold in a plate.
Sprinkle some icing sugar to decorate.
