Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 milliliters cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 260 grams box of chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 milliliters oil
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped
  • 4 Vanilla flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Grease and flour a cake mold and cover with the cajeta; reservation.
Make a caramel with sugar, for this place in a pan over low heat. Move constantly so it does not stick or burn. At first it takes time but once it starts to melt, the rest is almost immediate.
For the flan, liquefy Vanilla Danette® with the rest of the ingredients: milk, eggs, custard and vanilla. Pour it little by little into a cake mold, put the caramel first.
Apart, mix in the blender the flour (box to prepare cake) with the rest of the ingredients: egg, cajeta, oil, walnut and milk until integrating them perfectly; pour into the mold with care. Cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in a bain-marie for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let cool completely, unmold and refrigerate for 2 hours and ready.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle the cake with the chopped nut.

Se ve rico y es una combinación interesante solo que el problema es que no especifica que ingredientes de la lista sirven para preparar el pastel y cuales el flan, asi q si eres nuevo en esto de meterte en la cocina no ayuda mucha ya que no se entiende bien. De ahí en fuera se ve que queda rico ya que la natilla de danett es sabrosa.
