Preparation
Place the two cups of flour and form a hole.
Place the sugar and ointment butter. Join these two together to form a cream-like consistency.
Then pour the two eggs and start to join the flour.
Form a consistent dough
Cut the dough into two parts (not equal), keeping in mind that one will be for the strips and the other for the mold.
Place part of the dough in a mold and unsheathed and floured.
Place the quince jelly previously pressed or crushed with a little hot water.
Make strips not too thick and place them vertically and horizontally.
Cook at 180ºC for about 20 minutes or until you notice that the dough is hardly brown.
Remove and let cool.
Melt the chocolate topping and cover the frola pasta.
Decorate the edges with grated coconut.
