Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 3/4 of Cup of skim milk
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 2 cups of Strawberry in slices or the fruit of your preference (they can be raspberries, peaches, blueberries)
  • 2 spoonfuls of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of chantilly cream

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
    For the cake, grease a round mold.
    In a bowl, mix Gamesa® Hotcakes and cinnamon.
    In another bowl mix milk, honey, butter and egg. Add it to the dry mix of flour for Hot Game Gamesa® and cinnamon and beat until there are no lumps.
    Empty the mixture in the previously greased mold and put in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    For the decoration of fruit, in a bowl mix the fruit and sugar.
    Cut the cake into 8 slices and each piece should bring a little whipped cream and 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture.
