Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Grease a round springform mold.
Mix the peanut butter, 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar, and peanuts in a bowl with your fingers, until it looks well together.
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix the flour, the royal and the salt.
Acre the butter with the sugar with an electric mixer , until it is spongy and a light yellow color.
With the blender in low speed, gradually add the egg mixture, and stir well.
Add the flour little by little (1/2 cup each time), beating the sides well after each edition.
Put the prepared dough on the greased mold.
Beat the jam with a balloon whisk until it is soft and easy to spread. (You can put a few seconds to the micro if it is still very hard).
Spread the marmalade over the mixture in the mold with a spatula.
Take the peanut dough and with your fingers break it into pieces on top of the marmalade.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and if a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
Unmold the cake and let cool in a rack.
Cut the cake into slices and enjoy.
