Ingredients

20 portions
  • 6 cups Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 4 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 jar raspberry jam
  • 170 grams butter
  • 6 picture bitter chocolate without sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 boats Chocolate frosting
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate chip

Preparation

In a bowl, mix Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, skim milk, eggs and butter.Mix well until there are no lumps left.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter.
Grease and place removable cake mold (without its base, only the "ring) over the pan, so that all the hot cakes are the same size.
Pour 1/2 cup of the hot cake mixture.
Flip the hot cakes when bubbles come out and the bottom is golden.
Repeat the previous step until you have 10 hot cakes, be sure to put the same amount of mixture so that all are the same size.
For the frosting: In a separate saucepan heat the butter and chocolate until melted.
In another bowl, beat the cream until it becomes fluffy and add the powdered sugar and vanilla and continue beating.
Add the previously melted chocolate to the mixture and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. You can put the frosting a few minutes in the refrigerator so that it hardens a bit and does not overflow.
On a cake platter, put a hot cake and cover with the frosting previously made.
Cover the next one with jam and place it upside down (on top of the other hot cake, touching the chocolate frosting). Repeat these steps until all the layers are completed.
Once all the layers are assembled, with a pasty bag filled with the purchased chocolate frosting, cover and decorate the cake.
Finally, decorate with chocolate chips on top.
