Strawberry Cheesecake in Pressure Cooker

Do not limit the oven to prepare a delicious and classic cheesecake! We give you this incredible recipe with strawberries that besides being soft and creamy, the cooking time is only 20 minutes, since it is prepared in a pressure cooker. You will not believe how delicious and easy it is!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of cinnamon cookie
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 2 1/3 packages of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream 300 ml
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 5 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry jam
  • 2 cups of Strawberry whole and without tail

    Preparation

    Blend cinnamon cookies and butter until you have a dough
    Add the cookie mixture to your mold and press it to form a base, refrigerate.
    In a blender beat the cream cheese, add the cream to beat, sugar, eggs one by one, vanilla, and flour until it gets perfectly incorporated.
    Pour the smoothie into your mold and close or cover with aluminum foil.
    Place it in a pressure pot with liquid on a rack, close and cook 20 minutes after the valve sounds. Chill before uncovering.
    Remove the cheesecake from the pressure cooker and refrigerate for about two hours.
    Unmold and decorate with jam and strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with strawberries, shine with jam and enjoy.

    TIPS

    Place baking paper at the base of your mold to make it easier to unmold it and prevent it from sticking.
