Preparation
For the Roll: Beat eggs, yolks and sugar in a bain-marie until it reaches a temperature of 110ºF.
Remove from heat and continue beating until doubled in volume.
Add the flour little by little.
Put on a baking tray with wax paper well greased and floured.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 F until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Flip over waxed paper.
Spread with the previously prepared bitumen and roll up.
For the Bitumen: Beat the sugar and the yolks.
Melt the chocolate.
In the milk add the dissolved cornstarch, then the beaten yolks, and thicken. Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
Beat the butter and acremar. Add the cold chocolate and then the milk mixture.
Decorate the cake with the bitumen by making vertical stripes as a trunk.
