In this cake 3 types of milk are used (whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk) and cream to beat, a delicious cake.

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 cup refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease and flour a square cake mold.
Close the flour and baking powder together in a bowl and reserve.
Beat the butter with 1 cup of sugar until you get a fluffy cream. Add the eggs and ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add the flour to the butter mixture, do it with 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until all the ingredients are well mixed. Pour over the mold.
Bake at 175 ° C for 30 minutes. Hole the surface several times with a fork. This will allow the milk to be absorbed more easily.
Mix whole milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Pour over the cold cake.
Beat the cream with the remaining cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Beat well until thick. Spread on the surface of the cake. Keep the cake refrigerated until serving.
