3 Leches Sheet Cake

Prepare this delicious and satisfying 3 leches sheet cake, decorated with whipping cream and a assorted variety of fruits. Enjoy this traditional dessert that will fascinate your whole family, it is perfect to celebrate birthdays.

  • 1 box Flour for three-flavored French vanilla flavor cake
  • 3 eggs, (150 ml)
  • 1 1/3 cups milk, (300 ml)
  • 1/3 cups oil, (80 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the 3 leches sauce
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for the 3 leches sauce
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama, for the 3 leches sauce
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup strawberry, to decorate
  • 1 cup peach in syrup, to decorate
  • 1 cup Kiwi, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (356°F)
In a bowl, mix French Tresilla® vanilla flavor cake mix with eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and pour over a sheet cake pan 25cm wide by 40 cm long with waxed paper.
Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
Cut the cake in half and reserve.
For 3 milks: mix condensed milk, evaporated milk and half cream.
Place the cakes on a grill and with a ladle pour the three milks until is absorbed by the cakes.
Beat the whipping cream with the powered sugar and the vanilla essence.
Remove the cake from the pan on a flat base add the whipped cream, fruit and carefully place the layer on top.
Place some cream on a pastry bag with curly tip, decorate around the cake and add slices of fresh fruit.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, serve a slice and enjoy.


On a rectangular base, decorated with fruit.


The plastic wrap will help you to manipulate your cake better since it is very soft. Remember that the cooking time may vary depending on the size of the cake pan you use, if you use a round one with a small diameter, but taller, the cooking time will be longer.
