3 Milk Cake with Easy Rompope

You have never prepared a dessert as delicious and easy as this rich three-milk cake with eggnog that has an unparalleled and delicious flavor. Best of all, it's made with Betty Crocker® cake flour and the delicious vanilla bitumen. Do not stop trying!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bread for Betty Crocker® Super Moist® Cake Flavor French Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups of Water for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil for the cake
  • 3 pieces of egg for the cake
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 Cup of rompope
  • 1 jar of Bitumen Rich & Creamy Vanilla flavor of Betty Crocker®
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate
  • to taste of sugar glass to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour two circular cake molds 23 cm in diameter.
    Prepare the Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® French Vanilla flavor cake according to the package instructions, mixing with water, oil and eggs until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour into the molds and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. Chills and releases.
    For the three milks, in a bowl mix condensed milk with evaporated milk, whole milk and eggnog.
    Place the cake cakes on a rack with a tray underneath and bullet with the mixture of the three milks. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and bathe again to obtain the desired humidity.
    Add a bit of Rich & Creamy Betty Crocker® vanilla flavoring to one of the biscuits and place the other one on top. Completely cover the cake with the rest of the bitumen.
    Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint leaves and sprinkle with icing sugar.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    It is very important that you cool the cake completely before unmolding, otherwise it may stick.
