Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Beat the eggs until they double in volume.
Add the refined sugar little by little and the vegetable oil in the form of thread. Mix the flour for hotcake along with the normal flour and add 1/3 of the flour to the mixture, add half the milk and another third of the flour. Repeat this process until you add everything.
Grease two molds of the same size and pour half of the mixture into each.
Bake at 170 ° C for 30 minutes.
Remove the cakes from the oven and chop them with a fork.
For the 3 milks, mix the condensed milk with the evaporated milk and the eggnog.
Add little by little the mixture of 3 milks in each of the cakes.
Let them cool completely for about 20 minutes. Adding the mixture of 3 milks while they are still hot helps the cake absorb the mixture.
Assemble the cream to beat together with the icing sugar until firm peaks form. Place a light layer of whipped cream on one of the cakes and put the other cake on top.
Spread cream around the whole cake.
Decorate the raspberries, blueberries, walnuts and mint leaves previously washed and disinfected.
