3 Milk Impossible Cake

Enjoy this delicious recipe, a delicious vanilla sponge cake, soaked with three milks, with a layer of delicious vanilla custard, without a doubt the perfect recipe to surprise that special person.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of egg for the cake
  • 1 Cup of sugar for the cake
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the cake
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for the cake
  • 1 Cup of flour for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons of Rexal® Baking Powder for the cake
  • 4 cups of milk for flan
  • 1 on of Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari®
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk for the three milks
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for the three milks
  • 1 Cup of milk for the three milks
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for the three milks

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cake, beat the egg with the sugar, salt, vanilla essence, flour and Rexal® baking powder until integrated.
    Pour into a previously greased cake pan and bake for 20 min. Allow to cool, release and reserve.
    For flan, heat the milk and add D'Gari® vanilla flavor Flan, pour over the same mold where you baked the cake. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
    For the three milks, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence.
    Place the sponge cake on top of the custard and, with the help of a brush, moisten the cake with the three milks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Desmolda.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, accompanied by coffee.

    TIPS

    You can add a little brandy to the three milk mixture to have a wrapped flavor.
