Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 cup sugar, for the cake
  • 1 pinch salt, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, for the cake
  • 1 cup flour, for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons Rexal® Baking Powder, for the cake
  • 4 cups milk, for flan
  • 1 on Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari®
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the three milks
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the three milks
  • 1 cup milk, for the three milks
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla, for the three milks

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cake, beat the egg with the sugar, salt, vanilla essence, flour and Rexal® baking powder until integrated.
Pour into a previously greased cake pan and bake for 20 min. Allow to cool, release and reserve.
For flan, heat the milk and add D'Gari® vanilla flavor Flan, pour over the same mold where you baked the cake. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
For the three milks, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence.
Place the sponge cake on top of the custard and, with the help of a brush, moisten the cake with the three milks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Desmolda.

PRESENTATION

On a cake base, accompanied by coffee.

TIPS

You can add a little brandy to the three milk mixture to have a wrapped flavor.

algo le falto a la receta ya que hise todo los pasos para el pan del pastel y solo me salio una gran espuma y no un pan jajaja ayuda plis
