Sift flour, baking powder and sweetener or sugar. Set aside.
Blend eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, whole almonds and cinnamon stick. Once mixed, integrate the flour.
Grease the cake pan with a little butter and pour the mixture from the blender. If you have silicon cup cakes pans you can use those instead.
Put the preparation in the microwave for one minute. Take out and put back for another minute.
Check to see if the cake is cooked, if not, put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool.
Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, half and half cream and 1/2 cup whole milk. Refrigerate.
Once the cake is cold, soak it with the milk mixture. Decorate with slices of peach and strawberry.

Decorate with sliced peaches and sliced strawberries.

To keep it light use a sweetener instead of regular sugar, or maple honey or bees' honey. You can make it more fluffy and smooth if you substitute half of the whole wheat flour for cornstarch.
