Piña Colada 3 Leches Cake

Bake and decorate this delicious soft and fluffy cake, moistured with a mixture of piña colada, milk, coconut cream, pineapple juice and a little bit of rum. It is covered with a coconut and cream cheese frosting; it is spectacular.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 1/8 sticks butter, for the cake
  • 3/4 cups sugar, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the cake
  • 5 eggs, for the cake
  • 3/4 cups flour, sifted, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for 3 milks
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for 3 milks
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream, for 3 milks
  • 1/2 cups pineapple juice, for 3 milks
  • 1/2 cups Rum, for 3 milks
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream, for frosting
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for frosting
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for frosting
  • to taste grated coconut, and toasted, to decorate
  • to taste pineapple, cut into triangles
  • to taste cherries, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
Beat the butter with the sugar until it reaches a pale and light texture. Add the condensed milk and the eggs one by one. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix until incorporated.
Pour it into a cake mold and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix the coconut milk, the coconut cream, the pineapple juice and rum. Reserve.
Beat the coconut cream with the heavy whipping cream and the cream cheese.
Moisten the cake with the milk mixture and decorate with the frosting, pineapple, cherries and coconut flakes.

PRESENTATION

Cover with the frosting and decorate with pineapple, cherries and toasted coconut.

TIPS

Multiply the ingredients of the recipe x 2 if you have a larger mold.

Super mal la receta del bizcocho, demasiada mantequilla para tan poca harina, mínimo son 1/4 de harina por 30gr de mantequilla y la lechera tampoco va en el bizcocho, sale demasiado dulce

Me gustó la estoy haciendo el único detalle es que en el vídeo no sale el momento de echarle la leche condensada y en la receta escrita dice que se agrega antes de la harina
