Pineapple 3 Pies Colada Cake

Bake and decorate this delicious soft and fluffy cake, mojadito with a mixture of 3 pineapple milks, prepared with evaporated milk, coconut cream and pineapple juice with a fun touch of rum. It is covered with a coconut bitumen and cream cheese, it is spectacular.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/8 bars of Butter for the cake
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk for the cake
  • 5 pieces of egg for the cake
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour sifted, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder for the cake
  • 1/2 Cup of evaporated milk for 3 milks
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut milk for 3 milks
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut cream for 3 milks
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple juice for 3 milks
  • 1/2 Cup of Ron for 3 milks
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut cream for bitumen
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream to beat for bitumen
  • 190 grams of cream cheese for bitumen
  • to taste of grated coconut and toasted, to decorate
  • to taste of pineapple cut into triangles
  • to taste of cherries to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Add the butter and sugar to the blender until it is perfectly well to the cream, add the condensed milk and the egg one by one, add the flour little by little with the baking powder sifted. Add until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the mixture to a greased and floured refractory.
    Bake 30 minutes until you get a fluffy cake. Place the bread on a grate, cool the cake. Reservation.
    In a bowl add the ingredients for the 3 milks, mix until you incorporate all the ingredients. Pour the preparation of 3 milks into the cake so that the bread moistens, refrigerate.
    In a bowl beat the ingredients for the bitumen until sufficient air is incorporated to double its volume.
    Cover the cake with whipped cream, decorate with pineapple and cherries and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Cover with the bitumen and decorate with pineapple, cherries and toasted coconut.

    en el video no se ve cuando hay que poner la leche condensada cuando se esta preparando el pastel, y tampoco dice de cuantos cm el la fuente en que se pone el pastel a hornear
