Ingredients

  • 340 grams of Butter softened
  • 3 cups of refined sugar
  • 18 pieces of egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 18 pieces of egg white
  • 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
  • 4 cups of whipping cream
  • 312 grams of evaporated milk
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 4 cups of thick cream
  • 2 cups of sugar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease and flour a cake mold rectangular or any way you want.
    Beat the sugar and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks one by one, beating well after each addition. It incorporates vanilla. Close the flour and baking powder together. Add this flour mixture to the bowl, alternately with the milk. Beat well after each addition.
    In a bowl beat the egg whites together with the cream of tartar until firm peaks form. Wrap the whites in the cake mix, using a wooden stick, carefully, lovingly. Pour the mixture over the greased cake pan.
    Bake 40 minutes, or until when inserting a toothpick in the center of the bread, it comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.
    In a small bowl, mix the 2 cups of whipping cream and the evaporated and condensed milk. With a new syringe put the mixture on the cake until it can not absorb more. What's left can be put on the table in case someone wants to put more.
    Beat cream and sugar and spread over cake. Decorate with different sweets and you can put a cute little sign. Refrigerate until serving.

    TIPS

    You can add a half teaspoon of baking soda and it will be more spongy.
