Ingredients

20 portions
  • 9 egg whites
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the three milks
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for the three milks
  • 1 can Nestle media creama, for the three milks
  • 1/2 cups milk, for the three milks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the three milks
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream, for bitumen
  • 250 grams powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 5 cherries, to decorate

Preparation

Grease and flour a cake mold, and put a waxed paper base on the bottom of the mold.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar and set aside.
Beat the yolks with the other half of the sugar until they are bleached, add the vanilla, beat until it is integrated and reserved.
Sift the flour along with the royal and reserve.
Add the beaten egg yolks to the nougat point and add a part of the sifted flour mixture and mix in an enveloping way, add the other half of the flour and mix very carefully in an enveloping way until everything is well integrated.
Pour into the mold already greased and floured, bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until it becomes slightly golden brown and when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and unmold, remove the waxed paper from the base of the cake and let it cool completely.
For the three milks, in the blender we put the milk together with the vanilla and liquefy, add to the already cold cake until finishing with the mixture.
For the bitumen, beat the cream to beat until peaks form and gradually add the icing sugar and continue beating until you get a smooth mixture.
We decorate the cake with the bitumen and the cherries.

PRESENTATION

First smear bitumen on the cake to make a base and then put some bitumen in a duya and make bitumen decorations on the cake.

TIPS

Put a tray under the cake mold to avoid burning the base of the cake. Always put the mold on the tray in the middle of the oven. Have all the ingredients ready and heavy before you start mixing.
