Delicious cake bathed in three milks with a delicious Italian merengue and sprinkled with cinnamon powder. It is an excellent cake for family gatherings and if you want to enjoy a successful event.

  • 7 eggs, they can be 8
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • cinnamon powder, to taste
  • lime juice, to taste


Separate the egg whites from the yolks, place the lids in the blender until you get foam then add the sugar then the vanilla and finally the flour places in a glass mold and bakes at 250º C for 20-30 minutes. Remove and place to cool.
While the cake cools, put the milk in the blender and empty it in a jug, refrigerate and prick the sponge cake with a fork, when it is well punctured, add the whole carafe of milk, the sponge cake will absorb everything, then refrigerate while we make the meringue .
Put the 4 egg whites in the blender and beat until it has foam. Place the sugar in a pot and leave the water until it boils and add it to the egg whites. Add a few drops of lemon juice and a vanilla stream. decorate and make small little pieces from bottom to top, being sprinkle cinnamon and refrigerate a little then serve and go.


With a rich sprinkling of cinnamon.


Bake according to the indicated time and temperature.
