Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the yolks with ½ cup of sugar and vanilla until they change color. On the other hand beat the whites with the rest of the sugar until it forms peaks. Incorporates the whites to the buds in an enveloping way.
Add the flour to the egg mixture and incorporate with wrapping movement. Pour into an 18 cm round pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Chill
For the sauce, mix the three milks and add the brandy. Reservation.
Unmold the vanilla cake and place it inside a plastic bag. With the help of a toothpick it chops the whole surface and slowly pour the sauce with a ladle to absorb it. Refrigerate one hour.
Assemble the cream to beat with the icing sugar until it forms hard peaks. Decorate the cake and serve.
