Traditional three-milk cake to share with the whole family, this recipe features a creamy milk and brandy sauce. It comes decorated with berries, to give a touch of acidity.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 10 pieces of egg separated into whites and yolks (for the cake)
  • 2 1/2 cups of sugar ½ cup for the yolks and the rest for the egg whites (for the cake)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla (for the cake)
  • 1 1/3 cups of flour sifted (for the cake)
  • 1 can of condensed milk of 360 ml (for the sauce)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk of 397 ml (for the sauce)
  • 1 can of Nestle media creama 225 g (for the sauce)
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream (for decoration)
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar (for decoration)
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar (for decoration)
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry (for decoration)
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry (for decoration)
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry (for decoration)
  • 1 twig of Fresh mint (for decoration)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the yolks with ½ cup of sugar and vanilla until they change color. On the other hand beat the whites with the rest of the sugar until it forms peaks. Incorporates the whites to the buds in an enveloping way.
    Add the flour to the egg mixture and incorporate with wrapping movement. Pour into an 18 cm round pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Chill
    For the sauce, mix the three milks and add the brandy. Reservation.
    Unmold the vanilla cake and place it inside a plastic bag. With the help of a toothpick it chops the whole surface and slowly pour the sauce with a ladle to absorb it. Refrigerate one hour.
    Assemble the cream to beat with the icing sugar until it forms hard peaks. Decorate the cake and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with red fruits or pine nuts.

    TIPS

    Add some stuffing like dulce de leche or fresh fruits.
