Ingredients

12 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons coffee liqueur
  • 250 grams Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 5 tablespoons instant coffee, or to taste
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • whipping cream
  • instant coffees, to taste
  • fruits, to decorate and fill

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease, flour and cover the bottom of 2 molds of 24 cm. with waxed paper. In the milk dissolve the coffee and reserve, and melt the butter either in a water bath or in the micro. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of sugar to the point of nougat and reserve.
Put the yolks to beat with the sugar until they are creamy and their color has become paler, add the teaspoon of vanilla and coffee liquor, incorporate perfectly and remove from the blender , separately sift the powders and add to the egg yolks in the form of rain in an enveloping way, when the flour has been integrated add a little milk with coffee and mix until the end, then add the melted and cold butter, and finally the whipped egg whites. Empty the pasta in the molds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Check with a toothpick and if clean comes out of the oven and let cool.
Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk and the half cream with the desired amount of soluble coffee and bathe our breads that must already be cold, beat the cream and add also 3 tablespoons of soluble coffee and one of coffee liqueur. Fill the bread and cover it with the cream decorate with fresh fruits or in syrup. Refrigerate a little and serve.

Hola Burdog te recomendamos poner un poco de brillo a las frutas y de esta manera conservaran su color. Éste brillo lo puedes comprar en cualquier tienda de materias primas o bien puedes mezclar mermelada con un poco de agua y eso te funcionara perfecto. Saludos.
