Ingredients

15 portions
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 10 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 2 cans Nestle media creama

Preparation

We join the flour with the royal and we pass it through a sieve or sieves that is the same. We combine milk and vanilla essence. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the whites first.
We add less than 1/4 of sugar when the allan and allan raised and beat a little more. we put the whites in a separate mold and now put the yolks.
Beat until doubling its volume about 5 minutes and add the sugar remaining, after adding the sugar batinmos and then add the milk at very low speed, not beat much only in what we add milk.
We continue beating 3 more minutes. and we unite the two mixtures.
We add the flour little by little so that no lumps are made.
Add the mixture to the previously enameled and floured mold.
They bake 45 to 1 hour, take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes, unmold it and return to the mold.
We liquify the milk and while they are liquefied we prick the cake with a skewer stick.
We add the milk to the cake and just let it cool and ready to decorate.
We use chocolate confectionery coverage.
We spread it evenly on the cake and decorate peaches or strawberries.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it in many ways: chocolate or whipped cream.

TIPS

We have the mold, before starting to make the cake in buttered and floured. When baking the cake and check it with a toothpick at 45 minutes (do it a day before).
