Ingredients

15 portions
  • 110 grams butter, balnda
  • 280 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons red gel food color
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 240 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 340 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 stick cream cheese, 190 grams, for bitumen
  • 100 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 400 grams powdered sugar, sifted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease and flour a 20 cm round mold.
Put the lemon juice in the milk and let it rest.
Sift the flour and cocoa in the same container and reserve.
In the blender , mix the butter with the sugar until acremar, add one by one the eggs and vanilla and continue mixing.
To lower the speed of the blender and to add the flour little by little with the cocoa and alternating with the milk until finishing both mixtures.
Once all the ingredients are integrated, add the dye and continue to beat.
Mix the bicarbonate with the vinegar and then put it in the mixture and integrate everything very well.
Immediately afterwards, put the mixture in the mold and put in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or when a toothpick comes out it comes out clean.
We remove from the oven and let cool completely.
We slice our bread in two until it is completely cold.
For the bitumen: we mix the cheese with the butter, and the icing sugar until we have an unctuous paste.
We put the filling and we cover our cake with bitumen.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the cake with the bitumen and a star duya and decorate with raspberries or blackberries.

TIPS

Before starting to mix the ingredients put the lemon juice in the milk so that it is cut and not have to wait

RED VELVET Es una excelente opcion pero falto un dato importantisimo a cuantos grados se hornea, me imagino que a 180 esta hablando que es una receta para novatos entonces hay que poner todos los detalles                     GRACIAS                            Cony
