Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a mold and put 3 or 4 rose leaves on the base.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Beat the butter very well and add the sugar little by little followed by the vanilla extract and keep beating while the ingredients are added.
Add the egg yolks one by one, beating between them. Add the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% followed by the flour mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture stirring in an enveloping way with a metal spoon.
Pour into the mold and sprinkle the almonds on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
