Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup oats, in flakes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups fructose
  • 1/2 cups dried fruit
  • lemon zest, necessary amount
  • raisins, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 egg whites
  • sesame seeds, optional

Preparation

Beat the yolks with the frutuosa, add the essence of vanilla, stop beating.
Integrate the flour, oats, interspersed with the milk, essence, lemon zest, then add the nuts.
Add whipped egg whites to wrap around snow.
Empty the mixture in a buttered and floured mold.

SI la prepare! le falta mas liquido a la receta, al final la mezcla no quedo tan fit, les aviso el resultado! le tuve que agregar tres y media taza de liquido
