Ingredients

  • 150 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 bananas, (cambur)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 egg whites, for the meringue
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water, or enough to barely cover the sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it is creamy.
Go throwing the eggs one by one, beating very well after each addition.
Then sieve the flour along with the cornstarch, and add to the preparation.
Make a puree with the bananas and add to the mixture along with the cinnamon and vanilla.
Place the pots on the tray and pour the mixture just a little more than half.
Bake for 15 minutes, or simply stick a little stick and if it comes out clean is ready.
Let them cool, while we are making the meringue.
In a pot, place the cup of sugar and water, bring to the fire to form a syrup with a medium or soft ball.
While the syrup is cooking, place the egg whites in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it reaches snow.
When the syrup is at its point, pour into the bowl where the whipped egg whites are, in the form of string and slowly, but still beating at all times.
With a pastry magician decorate the mini-cupcakes as you want.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a slice of banana (banana or banana) or rains of colors.
