This is a different and delicious recipe for preparing tamales for those who are allergic to corn. This recipe does not contain it.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 400 grams of rice flour
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 250 grams of Butter
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 100 grams of raisin
  • 3 eggs

    Preparation

    Mix the flours with the baking powder.
    Add the butter with the sugar and vanilla and add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
    Add the mixture of the sifted flour and the raisins and mix in an enveloping form to obtain a homogenous club.
    Form the tamales by placing a little of the dough on each sheet of corn (depending on the size you want) wrap and place a steamer or tamalera. Cook for an hour or until the tamales are easily removed from the leaf.

    TIPS

    You can substitute cinnamon vanilla or raisins for chocolate chips.

    Para ésa cantidad de harina se requieren de 4 a 5 huevos. Y como sugerencia en lugar de azúcar sustituir por lata y media de leche condensada para que queden de buen. Sabor. Si no tienen pasas pueden agregar chispas de chocolate a la masa. Ya subí mi foto. Espero verla pronto.
