Ingredients

12 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/4 liters milk cream
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 75 grams honey
  • 1 cup coffee, loaded

Preparation

Place the sugar, the cream of milk, the water, the honey, and the coffee in a pot.
Cook until you reach the point of hard ball.
The caramel is removed from the heat and poured on a previously oiled tray, allowed to cool and cut.
Ready to eat.
