This cupcake is delicious because it has all the essential ingredients for a child and can be decorated as the imagination allows. Be careful: at the time of baking, an adult should always do so.

20 portions
  • 200 grams butter
  • 310 grams sugar, white
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons yeast, royal
  • 220 milliliters milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • caramel sauces, (sugar with water) or ready-made or dulce de leche
  • caramels, in candy or dark chocolate to fill

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Prepare the tray for cupcakes, if they are with large capsules gives up to 20 cupcakes if they are for minis gives for about 30 or more.
Beat the butter (that is at room temperature) with the sugar until they are integrated and the mixture is clear.
Add the eggs one by one beating until they are well incorporated.
Sift the flour with the yeast.
Apart mix the milk with the vanilla extract.
Add half of the flour and beat at low speed until it is incorporated.
Then add half of the milk and beat again (be careful if it looks very liquid the mixture does not add more than a quarter).
Add the other half of the flour and beat (if the mixture is very thick add little by little what is left of the milk to achieve a homogeneous mixture but not so liquid).
Finally add the caramel sauce and stir with a spatula.
Place the mixture in the capsules without filling more than 2/3. And put the candy to fill.
Bake between 20 to 25 minutes, from 15 check the cooking with a stick until it comes out clean. (This must be done by an adult).
While baking prepare the frosting. It can be chantilly or cream cheese, whipped cream, butter with sugar and vanilla, chocolate. It can be decorated with colored sugar, lunettes, chopped chocolate, chocolate granillo, fruit, cotton candy.
My favorite: once they are cold in a bowl, place white chocolates and icing sugar, melt in the microwave, to create a fondant. Remove and mix, add the lunettes or chocolate or whatever you want and place in a pastry bag with the large nozzle.
Decorate the cupcakes to taste.

To the taste of children. Provided they are not limited to them they will love it and so they do not have the presentation of a store cupcake, they will enjoy it because besides having made them, the time of coexistence will not be taken away from them.

The decoration and the preparation of the mixtures, to leave them to the children, is the fun part, as well as preparing the frosting. You just have to give it the measured ingredients and that's it. Eye: Baking must always be done by an adult.
