This recipe is a dlicious cappuccino crepe cake for you to enjoy with your whole family. They are perfect to celebrate the birthday of your little ones. Accompany them with a good coffee or a cappuccino and even if you want, add vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 on of sugar
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 liter of whole milk
  • 50 grams of Butter
  • to taste of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • powder sugar optional, to decorate

    Preparation

    Pour the flour in a dish and add little by little, with the blender of rods, milk, eggs, salt and sugar.
    The dough has to be smooth but not thick.
    Let it sit for 5 minutes and then spread a medium skillet with the butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat.
    To make the first crepe, we make a soup spoon and distribute it so that it occupies the entire base of the pan.
    Once browned for 1 minute on a low heat, the layer under the crepe is removed with the help of a spatula and we turn it over to brown the other side.
    We must repeat the operation to grease the pan with butter with each crepe.
    Make 5 to 6 crepes and each one of them smear the cajeta on both sides. (Except the one on the bottom and the one on the top, which is only going to put the box on one side).
    Between each crepe with cajeta, add the crepe that follows to form a building of the 6 crepes (one on top of the ote).
    If you want add sugar glass to the top for decoration.

    A través de Android Riquisimo, pero sugiero que después de cortar cada rebanada, untar mas cajeta, o lechera, por que con tanta harina, absorbió lo que uno le fue hechando, y al consumirla esta un poco seco.
