This brownie flan is a combination of flavors and textures that we all love; it's smooth, creamy, light, and satisfying. This easy dessert recipe consists of a brownie base combined with topped flan, coffee and chocolate, the perfect mix.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate, 250 g, for the brownie
  • 1/2 cups butter, 100 g, for the brownie
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar, 100 g, for the brownie
  • 1/2 cups flour, 100 g, for the brownie
  • 1 cup chocolate chip
  • 4 cups milk, 1 liter
  • 1 box D’Gari® cappuccino flan, 84 g
  • D´Gari® chocolate flavor syrup, To accompany
  • White chocolate, grated, for garnish

Preparation

In a heat-safe bowl, cold mix the dark chocolate with the butter and melt the chocolate-butter mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes. Reserve until used.
In another bowl and with the help of a hand mixer or a fork, mix the egg with the sugar. Do not beat too much, just add the ingredients, because if you do, you could add too much air to the preparation and that is not what we are looking for.
Add the egg preparation to the melted chocolate and mix; finally, add the flour.
Pour the brownie mixture into a tray or container of your choice, sprinkle the chocolate chips and bake the preparation at 170 ° C, for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
For the flan, heat the milk to low temperature (it must be warm), empty and mix the Flan D'Gari® cappuccino flavor. Heat over low heat while stirring until it boils and cook for 3 minutes.
Use a square frame approximately 5 cm high by 25 cm in diameter and cut the brownie, it should be at the bottom inside the frame, it does not matter if you cut a little from the edges, the important thing is that it is very tight. Next, pour the flan mixture over the brownie and refrigerate until completely set.
Remove the frame from the brownie / flan and cut into 5 by 5 squares or to taste, garnish with D'Gari® chocolate syrup and grated white chocolate.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with D'Gari® chocolate syrup and grated white chocolate.

TIPS

Line the base of the frame with the brownie with aluminum foil, that way you reduce the risk of the flan spilling.
