  • 125 grams flour, pastry with yeast, sieved
  • 125 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon yeast powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 160 grams White chocolate, for the glaze
  • 60 grams butter, at room temperature, for glazing
  • 120 grams fresh cream
  • 260 grams powdered sugar, sieving, for glazing
  • cocoa powder


Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Prepare the cupcake mold with the paper capsules.
Put all the ingredients together except the milk in a bowl and mix with the blender , incorporating little by little the milk, until we have a homogeneous and smooth paste but without beating excessively.
Distribute the mixture in the molds for cupcakes, put in the oven for about 20 minutes. When they are ready, remove from the oven, let cool 5 minutes in the mold and then move to a rack to cool completely.
While we prepare the glaze. Melt white chocolate and butter in a bowl in a bain-marie, stirring to mix well. Remove from the heat and when the mixture is warm, add the fresh cream and mix well. Little by little and incorporating the icing sugar, beating with the sticks until having a thick glaze, which can be spread. If it is too loose you can add more tablespoon sugar until you have the desired consistency.
Spread the cupcakes with the icing and sprinkle with cocoa powder on top.
