Preparation
For the caramel sauce, in a pot heat the sugar over low heat without stopping to form an amber caramel.
Add the butter and mix. Remove from heat and add the cream to beat; Mix very well until you get a smooth sauce. Reservation.
Using a blender , beat the whipping cream until it begins to double in volume.
Gradually add condensed milk and coffee and continue to beat until smooth peaks form.
Place half of the mixture in a bowl and add a little of the sauce. Cover with the rest of the coffee cream mixture and add more caramel sauce.
Freeze for 4 hours in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator or until firm. It serves.
