Caramel Ice Cream with Homemade Coffee

This hot summer indulge in this creamy and delicious ice cream with intense coffee flavor and a touch of caramel. Put it in ice cream cones or accompany it with cookies, you will surely love it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the caramel sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter in cubes for caramel sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream to beat for the caramel sauce
  • 2 cups of cream to beat cool
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of instant coffee

    Preparation

    For the caramel sauce, in a pot heat the sugar over low heat without stopping to form an amber caramel.
    Add the butter and mix. Remove from heat and add the cream to beat; Mix very well until you get a smooth sauce. Reservation.
    Using a blender , beat the whipping cream until it begins to double in volume.
    Gradually add condensed milk and coffee and continue to beat until smooth peaks form.
    Place half of the mixture in a bowl and add a little of the sauce. Cover with the rest of the coffee cream mixture and add more caramel sauce.
    Freeze for 4 hours in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator or until firm. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in ice cream cones or with cookies of your choice.

    TIPS

    Be careful when adding the cream to beat the sauce, it will bubble a lot.
