Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 bananas, small yellows, cut in half and along
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cans half and half cream
  • 4 teaspoons pecan nut

Preparation

Sprinkle the bananas evenly on both sides with the sugar.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the bananas for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until caramelized.
Put the bananas on individual plates and sprinkle with the half cream and sprinkle with the nut.
