  • 100 grams of Integral Great Value® Oatmeal Old Fashioned Oasts
  • 2 cups of Great Value® wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Great Value® salt
  • 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of nutmeg
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of Refined sugar Great Value®
  • 120 milliliters of Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 2 pieces of carrot grated
  • 2 cups of Great Value® glass sugar for glass
  • 2 spoonfuls of Whole Wheat Great Value® for glass
  • 1 piece of Great Value® Cream Cheese for glass
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of Great Value® Walnut finely chopped
  • to taste of fondant in the shape of a carrot, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt, ginger powder and nutmeg.
    Add the derredita butter, the egg, the vanilla essence, the sugar, the honey and the grated carrot. Mix until you get a masita.
    With the help of a spoon, form the cookies on a baking tray with waxed paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
    Remove from freezing and bake for 12 minutes or until firm. Chill cookies and reserve.
    For the glaze, in a bowl mix the sugar with the milk, the cream cheese and the vanilla essence until the ingredients are incorporated and you have a smooth mixture.
    Cover the cookies with the glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Decorate with the fondant carrots and enjoy.
