Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 4 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/4 of Cup of carrot grated
  • 3 spoonfuls of nut chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powdered
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese for the icing
  • 3 spoonfuls of powder sugar for the icing
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for the icing
  • enough of nut chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Using a whisk, mix in a bowl flour with baking powder, the powdered sugar, vanilla, the eggs, and the butter until it is completely integrated.
    Add the carrots, walnuts, cinnamon and pour the mixture into microwaveable cups. Heat in the microwave for 1:30 minutes or until cooked
    For the icing, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and the vanilla in a bowl until it has a homogeneous consistency.
    Decorate the cake in the mug with the icing and the chopped nuts. Enjoy
