Delicious carrot cake with a cream cheese bitumen decorated with chopped walnut. A sensational dessert that will make you look with all your guests. Decorate it as you like.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 2 cups of corn oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups of carrot raw grated
  • 3/4 of Cup of nut chopped and roasted in the oven
  • 1 Cup of Butter (for bitumen)
  • 380 grams of cream cheese for bitumen
  • 3 cups of sugar glass (for bitumen)
  • 2 milliliters of vanilla (for bitumen)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 2 drops of Vegetable coloring for bitumen
  • 5 pieces of nut to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheated oven at 180 ° C.
    Grease and flour molds. Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add the dry ingredients to the blender, stirring constantly adding the oil until perfectly incorporated; add the eggs one by one until integrating. Add the carrots and beat for 5 more minutes.
    Add the nuts and beat lightly. Divide the mixture and pour over two round greased and floured molds.
    Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    For the bitumen, beat the butter until acremar, add the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until it is a smooth mixture.
    Unmold the cakes, spread a bit of bitumen on one of these and cover with the other cake. Decorate with the rest of the bitumen and nuts.

    TIPS

    You can add a bit of lemon zest to the bitumen to give it an acid touch.
